We are a specialist recruitment company focusing purely on the accountancy sector; partnering UK accounting practices with the very best talent in audit; accounts; outsourcing and corporate finance.
Our people take pride in their passion and expertise within the industry and that’s why well-reputed practices across the Top 100 and independent firms within the UK continue to work with us. It’s not just about hitting numbers and targets, our priority is to build long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates alike, everything else will follow. MEET THE FOUNDER
Siju Rajendran
After graduating from University of Westminster in 2011, Siju extensively travelled India before starting his short-lived spell in accounting; where he began working in a small accounting practice based in South London. It was not long after until he co-founded his first business a day before his 25th birthday, Pearson Hunter – a recruitment agency specialising in the accounting field which is still around today.
In August 2018, Siju left his previous firm to establish Timothy Wiseman with the vision to become the UK’s most trusted recruitment partner within the accountancy sector. Through his time working in recruitment, Siju has been fortunate enough to build a solid network of accountants. This has helped him in being a successful ‘match-maker’ as he calls it!
Outside of work, Siju is a devoted family man and a weekend Mathematics Teacher for a local not-for-profit organisation where he teaches up to forty students.
