About the Role:

They are looking for a bright well-rounded individual to join the fast-growing accounting team as a semi senior. The role involves preparing yearend accounts and tax returns for companies, assisting directors with client tax matters, and preparing management reports. The chosen individual must be enthusiastic, proactive, and possess the necessary determination and drive to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare yearend accounts and tax returns for companies, partnerships, as well as sole traders.
• Preparation of both quarterly and monthly management accounts
• Liaise and aid directors with a range of client tax matters including client personal tax returns.
• Formulation of management reports, financial forecasting, & business plans

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Accountancy Practice
• ACCA/ACA Qualified or Studying for either qualification
• Completion of an FML test to assess ability
• Experience with Microsoft suite, as well as advanced ability with Excel.
• Use of Digita Accounts Production
• Familiarity with Cloud accounting systems – including Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, and Free-agent
• Good communication abilities will be needed to correspond with clients
